Just about all resolutions refer to checking the gas cap and as we all know the Raptor doesn't have one. I've tried cleaning the fuel fill opening according to a Youtube process which worked for about a week. Really don't want to go to the dealer if I don't have to. Hopefully someone on here has encountered the same issue and can provide their resolution. Thanks!

Iv got a P0456 "small evap leak that pops up every couple fill ups. I think it's just the spring in the "fuel cap" gets weak?? I'll probably just replace mine myself and see if it quits. Mines under warranty still so if it doesn't work I'll take it to a dealer I guess.

Hey, folks!

Be sure to let me know if you end up getting your dealerships involved; I'll do all I can to help out. How many miles are on your Raptors currently?

There may be dirt/debris caught in the flap in the filler neck. Next time you are at the gas station, insert and remove the fuel nozzle a few times to cycle the flap to dislodge any pieces of grit that might be keeping it from sealing.
If you don't want to cycle it at the gas pump, you can use the Supplemental fueling adapter that looks like this and is usually under your seat.

This may not be your concern, but it is easily checked.

I thought that was the funnel intended for road trips and peeing in a bottle?

I just got the PO456 small leak code, at 75,000 miles. Any advice other than checking the filler flap?
