Anyone else having trouble with Coastal e Tech / Lockpick and Camera source?

I'm generally pretty patient but the customer service is getting ridiculous now. The lockpick air I installed in Feb last year failed in September and I've been back and forth for months with "Carlos" trying to get a resolution.

This is starting to get silly. Shouldn't be this hard... He keeps leaking out questions and every question means I need to dismantle my dash even though he has admitted it's defective and needs to be replaced.

Camera source just directed me to Coastal. Turning into a bad experience.

Thanks to Camera Source... They are stepping in.. Coastal has some serious management issues.
