My truck is configured differently than yours for 4A.

No it isn't. The algorithms can be modified on exactly when and how much power (up to 50%) to transfer to the front wheels from vehicle to vehicle but the hardware is the same. Meaning, you will never have more than 50% going to the front which means it will never be FWD bias, and your rear end will never be disconnected.

As for thousands of Raptors built before mine, not Gen 2's. Mine is January 2017 build date so maybe a few thousand Gen 2's before mine.

So thousands built before yours, which is exactly what I said and exactly what you said lmao.

Congrats, you've graduated to double facepalm status.

One more thing... You don't know what you're talking about. I don't care what you've driven or how long you've driven them. Clearly you didn't learn much through your experiences.

Well dude, it certainly feels like front bias with that torque steer the steering wheel literally snaps to center if I let go of the wheel in a turn. My observations are not made up. Others here on FRF have made the same observations on 2017 Raptors:

1. Center Biased Torque Steer in 4A
2. Delay engaging all 4 wheels in 4A
3. 4A does not work with Sport Mode

I am not "making this up".

My observation of front wheel spin from stop with front on wet pavement and rear wheels on dry pavement is NOT "made up". I have repeated this happening several times. If the rear end was engaged all the time in 4A the front wheels should not spin right?

Who appointed you the All Knowing Raptor Engineering, Configuration, and Operations Expert? I'm not telling you how your truck works.

So let's just agree to disagree. OK?

Aloha, HT

Having torque steer is one thing being front bias is another. One happens, the other doesn’t. It’s not a matter of opinion.

HT.

What you are saying, in the history of 4H, 4L, 4A has never existed. Either you are not explaining it correctly, you don't understand what you're experiencing, you have a mechanical issue or you are trolling.

Post a video of what you are saying and listen to people to understand and not to respond.

o the power to the rear driveshaft does not go through the transfer case? Indeed it DOES because that's how you get low 4x4 at the rear

I'm am sorry, you are correct and I was thinking of something else...This is why I try not to be rude....just being wrong is enough, but rude AND wrong...very bad form...
