Anybody DIY their Mid-Travel Kits?

My over all thought is that if I could do it again, I’d probably just have a shop do it. Things that slowed me down were: brake lines, hard-line relocation, leaking axle boots (have a long-travel shop build up your axles), and bed-bolts. It was fun and I learned a lot, but it was a major time investment for the first go.

Looks sick! Been eyeing a mid travel kit also. What do you do to match the front wheel track width for the rears?
