Poked through the manual and didn't see any way, but...

My old VW let me close everything up automatically. Any similar feature for us? Or do I have to manually close everything before getting out? (Man, I've become lazy... remember when windows had to be cranked?)

I can't speak for the 2013 (as I am waiting zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz), but I know in my 2010, it was all operated on one touch. The windows would go up with just touching them once and the moonroof as well. And yes, I do remember those crank windows, a great deal less problems!

They are all one touch, but they dont have the VW feature. Open the door and hold the driver window in the close position. It will shut all windows and sunroof at the same time. The same goes for opening. Fancier VWs can do this with the remote as well. Its a fun feature.

I know what youre talking about and the answer is no. You have to select each switch individually. Would be nice to push and hold the lock button and close up everything all at once or vice-a-versa when you unlock it.

i did window automation to dynodynge's truck a couple months back. however he also had me install a viper 5904. he can control his windows with his remote, and the roll up automatically when he locks it. there is no interface available for the front windows of these trucks. i had to actually solder onto the circuitboard on both front doors. the motor and module are 1 piece. he is one of the very few that have it

All the windows except the rear slider have this feature. However, I think the op is looking for one button to control all the windows, maybe on the remote.
The quick answer is no, but maybe adding an aftermarket alarm system may allow you to accomplish this? I would ask this guy:
