Yes, it's an amazing setup and does a great job. Little difficult to install but worth the effort.

Thanks tj!

If you're going to do the installation yourself then I would seriously recommend picking up a right angle drill. I did mine without, and then @Jimbo's with one and it was so much easier with it. I have the rigid jobmax right angle drill head and was well worth the investment (actually it was free99 jimbo gave me the drill head for the installation).

As long as you don't plan on going with a dovetail bumper, it'll be a good setup.

I was interested in adding the Hidden Bedside Support System from SDHQ. Does anybody have any experience with this setup? If so, I would be interested in your opinion.

@SDHQ: Would there be any FRF discounts for this bedside support system?

Just saw this post, I apologize. We are a little short handed currently so it has been tough for us to keep up on the forums. Always feel free to call us at the shop though. 480-633-2929

Can you post some pics of your set up please?

What is the issue with Dovetailing with these kits? Do they hang down too low and show? I plan on dovetailing in the future, but still want to reinforce the bed w/o rods sticking up from the inside of the bed

I have it on mine , not sure about installation SDHQ installed it . It does solidify the bed , i tweaked bed side carrying a heavy ass adjustable bed base frame. it was leaning on passenger side bed rail . The kit pushed it back square again.
