Use WD40 to clean the stained area. Then clean that area with Diluted simple green or purple power or car wash soap and water. Something gentle to clean the greasy WD40 off.

Magic eraser is the Sh*t! Use it on the vinyl in my Malibu and great for stains similiar on my Gen 1.
