no the wrap does not continue down to the lower peice below the grille. there for its just a hood wrap lol

I use Adams Super VRT. It makes the wrap shining, but I use very little as well. The VRT helps, in my case with water spots.

Try it in a little corner to see if you like it...remember a little goes a long way and wipes of the excess so it doesn't give a streaked look.

I have never used wax. I will use a detail spray, like adams, or meguiars.
