My order for an azure gray 37 showed up today as a 35 package with no pro power. I have to decide if I'm talking it or not. I like raptors more than any truck but it's just too hard to find one without feeling like you're overpaying. It took me a year to get to this point. No heated steering, now no 37 or pro power. It's cheaper but to pay 84,000 for a truck that's missing so much...

If you want to know why... apparently it was a stock order that they built to my specs and Ford can modify stock orders without telling you. Make sure you confirm it's a retail order when ordering yours.

I'll let this group know if I let it go.

what else are you going to buy for the money this capable? I agree, 84k is steep for something that doesn’t meet your expectations.

37’s are confirmed to fit and work on the 35 truck. I know this doesn’t help now, but something to think about.

if the truck is on the ground, ready to go, then you need to ask yourself if the options missing are that much that you would walk away and have to start again for a vehicle search - in this market, with the current state of the economy.

I would like to think my rational self would take the deal, but that’s not honest. If I was not happy with the stealership or treatment along the way, I know damn well I would walk but knowing full well it would be against my own interests...

Try as best you can to be rational and good luck with your decision. If you decide to back out, please at least make sure to slide an FRF into that seat if possible.

Go on Autrader, look up new raptors. New listings are your best bet. See if there is one available with your specs. Then decide.
Thanks. That's exactly what I'm doing now only on cargurus but I'll check autotrader too. I'm looking at used and new.

Thanks for this and some good thoughts. To be clear, my salesman has been awesome. They didn't know ford changed the spec until I pointed out there were no 37 stickers in the pictures. Then they looked into it and found ford changed it. I would buy from these guys again, and maybe even still now.
