Another Gen 1 to Gen 2 convert

$45K, original MSPR on the 14 was right at 54K, and I have a Ford ESP plan to get a refund/partial refund for. I looked at cars.com and a few others and could maybe have gotten 47K, but I dont know how many weeks I would have dealt with tire kickers/lookers.
