Annoying that Ford does not plastic wrap for protection when shipping

Find a good local detailer that has clay bar and polishing experience. They should be able to remove any surface contaminents and cut any orange peel to leave your paint looking like glass.

My SCAB came in last Thursday had to wait till Monday to pick it up because both front flares were scratched by the shipper. They ordered new ones and were replaced over the weekend. When I picked it up I noticed water stains everywhere on the paint and I was told they don't wax their vehicles. I ordered it from a dealer that only sells Ford trucks mostly commercial so I wasn't expecting much. Taking it to my detailer this weekend to have it waxed and have the leather conditioned. The interior was nice and clean but the leather looks a bit "dry" ... I wasn't expecting to be blown away by Ford's prep work but I understand where the OP is coming from. I didn't buy a $14k Fiesta I paid $70k for a performance vehicle I was expecting a bit more for my money.
