I’m also curious to see if anyone has added the Anderson wide fenders. Considering the front fenders are 5” wider at the widest point and the rear flares they offer are only 2” wider, I wonder how this will look in person. I’ve tried to find a direct side profile photo but I haven’t been able to even after asking the company. Also, the front fender will have a much larger opening compared to the rear wheel wells. This could also make choosing the appropriate rim offset tricky.

I think they are 5 inches wider than the stock fenders no flairs. So I think they end up being about 2.5-3 inches wider than stock. It should line up about perfect with my 9 inch wide 5 inch backspace wheels. Since it doesnt have a flair you do truly gain 5 inches of clearance.

So I talked to a vendor and Anderson composites. I misquoted earlier, the front fenders are 4” (not 5”) wider than stock fenders, including the stock flare. To run these fenders and not have different rim offsets you would need a long travel kit in the front. This means your front track would be wider than the rear. That or you could buy bedsides from another vendor. I don’t think I’ll be going this route which is unfortunate as I really like the look of these fenders.

Ya I'm investigating this too. Seems like you do it all at once or not at all. The wheel offsets and the fenders, along with perch clearance and tire size, all seem like they need to match up at the same time or it will be wonky.

The issue is that the front is really made for long travel trucks with a wider front end. Ideally, I'd like to see Anderson come out with +2 fenders in the front to match the +2 flares in the rear. I pitched this idea to them at SEMA, so we shall see.

Exactly. You have to be ready to throw a lot of cash around at once.

Did the truck they had at Sema have a long travel front end?

A +2 fender would be awesome.

When I spoke with Anderson composites they advised the truck had just gotten the rims from rays and they were not fitted correctly. To save time for the show they threw in large spacers which caused them to make modifications to the truck in order to drive it. So the short answer is no they didn’t have a long travel kit on the truck.
