So what would you recommend as far as speakers if your only had a couple hundred bucks to spend?
unfortunately not a whole lot. just replacing the factory speakers means that you are still using the factory amp, which will not be enough to properly power the new speakers, so the volume wont be what you expect. unfortunately, with these types of systems, its best to do it all at once and be done with it.

wow I smell delicious donuts. I don't even turn the radio on. If you do it has to be loud or it sounds like crap.

I got mt SVC at 7, no wonder why I kept lowering the volume the faster I went.
