One of my first mods is to install amp powersteps. I ordered the standard set off of amazon (there's a $100 rebate through the end of the month) and was wondering if I should've gotten the XL. I personslly like that way the XL looks but the tech at AMP research doesn't recommend it unless I have at least a 6" lift. Does anyone have pics of either the standard or XL on their raptors?

Edwin,

I don't have any pictures of the steps on a Raptor but I can tell you that you made the right decision. The standard Amp steps will drop roughly 12 inches from floorboard to top of the running board. The Xl's will drop 15 inches which is quite a lot for a stock or even leveled vehicle.

Let us know if you have anymore questions regarding these steps!

I'm going to try to sell mine as well. What do you think the factory boards are worth?

I've seen it as low as $150 but most have been around $300-350.

What's the difference? Is 76141 the one you plug into the obd port?

I would be happy with 300.

I really think the power boards make a big difference in the look of a raptor.

Yeah the 76141 plugs in.

Is yours a gen1 SCREW? If so, the 76141 does not fit per Amp's website
