I did this a while back and I didn’t keep the parts list handy. Check Foxnotch’s posts. I believe he has the parts list

So what lighting in this pic was there before and what was added? Is the bottom part what was added?

correct, the bottom light was added. The 2021 was the only year with both upper and lower lighting on the door panels. It’s a replacement fiber optic harness for each door. You eliminate the original light harness and the 2021 light harness is just plug in play. The door panels have the lighting option/ hole already precut.

The additional lighting really illuminates the interior floors of the cab. Actually a huge lighting difference over the one light version
