Ambient Lighting Gone?

Is it me or is the ambient lighting function no longer an option on the ‘19’s?

My kid was asking me to turn the lights purple and just like the ‘17 I went looking in the Ford options menu on Sync and it’s not there.

Yes of course I’m too lazy to pull out the owners manual.

What he said. 17' only. I also find that the blue light theme in the 18'/19' models are dimmer than than the original.

You can change the brightness of the lights, but not colors on the 2019s

You still have ambient lighting you're just stuck with blue

It does suck. I’m actually renting a 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid right now and it has the option. I wonder is the capability is there but just turned off in sync

The actual LED's for the different colors are not there anymore. Cost cutting. Someone on here used FORscan to enable to option to appear on the Sync menu, but it doesn't change the color.

It's interesting they got rid of it since Ford was the first to come up with different ambient lighting way before Audi/MB had it in their vehicles.

Can you tell me what menu you were able to adjust the brightness? Looked everywhere couldn't find it in my 18'.
