Raptor Performance Group bump stop and frame brace kit (Stage 3)

Made in the USA


Frame brace and bump mount installed

Bump pad installed on the rear end

Another angle, stock springs at the time of install.

All done



I have since switch to National springs.

Vision X light cannons and RPG hood mounts




I also got the amber flood covers



Stock wiring that I promptly cut apart to make it work for me.



Putting the mount in was probably the most aggravating part of the install

Wiring was the easiest part of the entire install.

Here is how I feed my fresh air helmet.







I used this adaptor I found on ebay Overstocked Sale 3 New Racing Helmet Hose Adapter 3



I had to trim the flange down some







With the back pannel removed from the truck I pulled the rear vent out.









The adaptor in the vent hole







Vent back reinstalled minus the louvers







Back in the truck









Can't wait to use it at the TRR

Its SNELL SA2010 which has a higher rating then DOT.
