I am still trying to figure out the new IWE setup on the 2021 f150. I can’t find anything mentioning it anywhere but it surely changed.

Are you talking about the mirrors? The angle makes them just barely visible.

Yep they are mirrors. Looks funny first but now makes sense.

I dig it. Definitely agree with it looking like a mix of Gen 1 and Gen 2. I could never afford a new one anyway, so I'll be enjoying my Gen 2 for a long time.

I would have preferred round lenses in the headlights. Square looks a little outdated, Also wondering about the fog lights a bit. The interior lights look smaller, and appear to point down. Perhaps they are design to put out the ground during rock crawling or something. The exterior are the actual fog lights.

The presents of those 2 pair of lights also gets interesting for aftermarket lights. Surely these lights don't run off aux switches, and may have a more limited amp/volt of what you can replace it with. Wouldn't be surprised if the interior only come on in rock crawl mode or something. Don't think aux lights in the pockets will be a popular mod going forward.

Can add an S8 in the grill and be off for a simple light mod.

Still gotta like that Gen 2! Gen 3 is a mix of gens. Want to see the whole truck! May be a mix of motors too?

I'm liking it so far. Not sure about those plastic pieces below the fog lights. Hopefully they are removable. Did not even notice them, was to focused on rest of the front.
