Um no, I go with the "does it sound like its supposed to look" theory on women…Similar to the truck….If I look at it and it looks like a 6,200 pound beast with off road suspension, then I expect a specific sound out of it….Certainly not a V6 sound.

Similar to women, when I look at them I expect a certain voice and tone, apparently to you that doesn't matter. So when the tranny you are talking to sounds like a baritone then you are ok with it. I'm not, the same as the truck exhaust.

You DO have to see the irony of debating this when your screen name is "What exit"…you DO realize what that implies right ?

I could care less what it sounds like. We can pretty much change the sound. I just care how it runs.

For all you young guys, look at it like this. When you get to be my age, you don't care so much what your wife says anymore....just want to make sure she still can 'run'.
