I've thought about changing to the new Garrett turbos. They look well made but, I don't know if they use better wastegates. On a side note, the service advisor at ford said he had new bronco owners come in for wastegate rattle. He told them it was normal. I did get a 2021 f150 rental and it looks like turbos may be a little different.

Mine still rattles. (30k miles now). I put a flowmaster muffler on last year to help drown the rattle. Not a professional solution, but it works
How do you like that muffler? I enjoy the quiet and moderate stock exhaust and don't want a full aftermarket system but thinking a muffler would add a little bit of noise but not too much.

No regrets. It sounds better than stock. Still quiet. Just deeper and more bark when agressive. Highly recommend for someone not looking to wake up the neighbours. I don't think my wife even noticed the change.

What model Flowmaster? Sounds like it might be worth a shot as I don't like the farty stock muffler, so if this keeps the volume same or quieter and changes it to a deeper/nicer tone, I'd be game.

Same, I enjoy the stock exhaust just fine. I very rarely romp on it either, but I would like a deeper tone. Could you share the model via link? I have a straight piped 99 Dodge Cummins which is plenty loud so never anticipated doing the exhaust on my Raptor.
