Thats what they are. Looks like the box the pig tail plugs into is missing. It’s not a deal breaker for me. Thanks.

Those generic-type lights on Amazon don't usually hold up very long. If you do start having any issues with them or need to change out your wiring, we would be happy to help in any way we can.

My FIL has them, I don't care for them. His have water inside of them and are turning yellow. I would take them off, but that's just me.
