I appreciate the responses people very much! I was able to fix the problem by running an in-line 50watt 6ohm resistor on the positive side wire that runs the halo/pencil light! All good in da hood now!!! Now I have an extra set of brand new lights because they didn’t want the ones they replaced back!!! Yeah

I just took it in to the shop and they weren’t able to turn it off. Any other suggestions from anyone??? Would be highly appreciated. Oh and while it was in there? The fan actuator started clicking. I supposedly had it fixed a year ago when I bought the truck from John Elway Cadillac used vehicles dept.!!! FML
A good OBD2 adapter AND FORScan will do. Took me a little while to figure out as I was first time using FORScan. You can find a lot of info on the forum/net.
