ADD Stealth Fighter Chase Rack

I am interested in this chase rack and was wondering if anyone has any pictures of it installed on their truck? I haven't seen any pictures of this set up aside from the ones ADD has on their website.

I don't understand why this is a chase rack?....doen't hold anything but lights and lights mounted that far kind of suck...
