customer service is what makes a company and products come in second... very dissappointed with this from a huge vendor... i hope they make it right and at least give a future discount or something to make up for it on their end... and trust me losing customers in such a limited market is never a good thing.

Fwiw I ordered my add front bumper and got it in 5 weeks.. And it was perfect and looks great!!!

Not questioning the bumper... just the length of time and I needed it sooner... Asked if they could help... and read the above...

I went by their shop about 4 months ago and they had a lot of guys working a lot of bumpers and trucks. So I think they are just very busy. They should however keep their commitments.
