GEN 2 ADD Pro Front Bumper

I am extremely interested in the new ADD Pro Bumper but I’m concerned after a local 4 Wheel Parts shop in Texas said they will not be able to install because of the cut frame. They claimed it will void the entire vehicle’s warranty, which I know that to be untrue, but after further reading I saw there’s a possibly of not being able to register the vehicle because the structural change. Furthermore, that insurance will not cover the vehicle in the event of an accident. Does anyone have experience with this or know this to be fact?
