ADD pro bolt on raw

Anyone know if you can get an ADD Pro
Bolt in bumper in raw format. I’m wanting to powder coat a custom color. Torn between this and SVC. Curious if this comes raw.

Whoever does your new powder is going to bead blast it first, so regardless of current/stock coating, it is coming off anyway - so choose whichever bumper you like best (and be sure to post pics of the custom color installed when you are done)
