GEN 2 ADD Bumper Rust

Two year old bumpers rusting in several spots. Their solution is to sell me the correct paint for $13/can. For the cost of these, that’s BS. Anyone else had the same issue?

I just finished Raptor Assault and there was someone’s personal Raptor there with the Stealth Fighter bumper and although I didn’t get a super close look, I did see what appeared to be rust on it.

This is quite concerning though especially since I just picked up the Stealth Fighter bumper.

That last picture of the grill looks like you sanded it to bare metal!! I would be seriously upset about that much rust. Especially seeing you are in Colorado, I could understand a little bit if you had it parked ocean-side every night.

1-not that much snow at all. High desert. Don’t tell anyone.
2-not salt. Mag Chloride. Not great stuff, but doesn’t cause rust like salt does. I’ve had 20+ trucks in my life, most with aftermarket bumpers. Never had an issue this soon.

ADD is now sending me two cans of the texture paint for free. I suppose that’s all you can ask for at this point. Cole also told me they’ve updated how they prime them and haven’t had issues since. So it’s known. Pretty shocking still for these both. With the lights they were 7k.

I have a Stealth fighter. Every thing is good except like 3 rivets on the front. Doesn't really bother me.

Just had my stock bumper blasted and repainted by Ford. I called customer service and said they needed to fix the issue, as it shouldn't happen to a 2018 vehicle. Just got the truck back with a freshly painted bumper. Ford know it is an issue.
