UPS has required signatures on your past orders? I have never had them get a signature for one of my orders, they just drop it on the doorstep and MAYBE ring the bell.

Will someone be there to get the box after it is delivered, or will it sit on the doorstep for 3 weeks?

I think it's the value of the last two. Normally they don't . Someone will be able to grab it.
