No worries 6.2! I'm way too busy with work to even consider building something anytime this summer.
I'm going to get some images of the Raptor - side, front and top - and play with them in Autocad to see what I come up with.
I really like the ADD design, but think the thicker pipe will have a meaner look...

I don't know how big you want to go but I had SDHQ build my bumpers all 2" (industry standard for grip gear). I know its not exactly what your looking for but incase you want to go bigger this is what 2" looks like.
