6.2 = ugly

[Wrong Way]

Has anyone tried to fix up the engine compartment on a Raptor yet? RE routing wires,move the battery, hoses, fuse blocks, coolant tanks etc. Out of all the Ford trucks ive owned this hast to be the ugliest.

heretic!!!!! jk, all I can say to that is meh, I dont spent enough time under the hood anymore to care about it's look, some guys at ford got paid big big monies to make it look like it does under the hood

A Whipple Supercharger would make things a whole lot prettier under the hood!
I have done some Braided wire sheathing and that helps allot with the Ugliness of the wiring.

go talk to some ricers, they are good at doing wire tucks (yes, im guilty, but that was long ago) and moving everything around under the hood

I was thinking the same thing. WTH - I don't even know what 6.2 looks like, but does he really need a make-over?

The new CAI makes it look better. My biggest probem is with the battery. it would have been nice to see a bracket to secure the battery and protect it. Cover up and protect that eye sore.


A blower would look great as well.

I installed an Afe Stage 2 intake, glad to see that huge intake box gone!
