5Star Tuner questions

Hey guys, one question for those of you with 5Star. I noticed today that when I'm slowing down, it downshifts automatically, which is cool. It goes from 6 to 5 to 4 to 3 and then to 1. It skips 2nd gear when downshifting. Is that normal? If I'm slowing down to 15mph and then need to accelerate it seems like I should be in 2nd gear, not 3rd.

I just had mine re tuned for this tho a diablo ^ it still shifts from 3 to 1st but now when accelerating it stays in 2nd longer. any how I am now getting 1mpg better not that many mile yet so we will see.

yes your speed limiter will be removed

Mine doesn't have the tune(yet) but downshifts automatically also. Mine is a 2013. I haven't checked to see if it skips second, I'll check the next time I drive it.

the stock tune skips second, i've noticed that since it was new
