Having say your Porsche delivered in Europe is great in that you get a nice tax break in the US. Did not do it with the current 911, but the next one I am definitely going to custom order and take delivery in Europe.

I have a lot of buddies that were stationed in Europe and would buy new vehicles have them shipped on Uncle Sam's Dime and then before they return stateside they would sell them and pickup a new vehicle and have the same done for the trip back.
