My thought as I read this thread as well.

Another thought I just had, what if the curvature of one of these bars was matched perfectly to the the raptor grill (below or above the the "Ford") and would mount flush somehow. I'm not sure of all the mechanical tolerances but that would be pretty damn cool too, and would probably mitigate whistle. Just throwing out ideas for the light bar engineer types!

If you read the Rigid site news, I believe the radius bar produces 50 degrees of light compared to 10 degrees with the 50" straight bar.
