5-3 and 3-4 6r80 Squawk

Just seeing if anyone here has experience with the squawk from 3rd to 4th and downshifting 5 to 3. Only does it when warm, silent when cold. Doesn’t shift rough either, just makes the sound. No slip, just a sorta squawk grind sound for a split second. Already added XL16, will probably change fluid and filter next, just waiting on a pan with a drain plug. If yall pulled transmissions to fix it, what did you replace? Thanks. 2012 6.2L, by the way.

I don't know what it is... mine did it once today. This is the first time I have herd it. only did it once. so HUMMMMM?????
Get ready, lol it never stops doing it lol at least in my case. I’ll text you a video of it to see if it’s the same. Mines pretty consistent with the sound, I can 75% of the time make it do it if the trans is over 175*

Been through forums found nothing real helpful Either it’s totally normal and your fluid is due for a change, your overdrive clutches are worn out, or nothings wrong and it’s just the way the overdrive clutches are cut causing them to squawk. It’s 50/50 whether the additive fixes it I guess
