... I however did talk to him early that week and he said they replaced the wheel bearing and it was back in working order. As far as I can tell I cannot replicate the problem so I am satisfied. They covered it all under my powertrain warranty, which kinda surprised me....

Awesome news, Cbass953; I'm glad your dealership took care of this for you. Please let me know if there's anything I can help with in the future. :)

It seems that I need to use my 4wd a bit more. I pulled up to the gate to unlock the chain and guess what it sounds like a blender with rocks in it. I love this truck and had planned on keeping it, but at this point I just want give up! Honestly I have never had so many problems with a factory truck ever. I bought this truck with the idea it would be stronger with 35's from the factory, but I have lifted all my previous truck changed gearing and tuned them for performance and haven't had these issues. It just baffles me cause you people know that the dealers have no idea what an IWE is. I will check with the Ford shop again and see if we can resolve this poor 2wd raptor. Wish me luck!

Crystal has offered to help you. Did you take her up on it? It baffles me. She offers but I see very little follow up where someone actually thanked her or used her. Mine made a noise within 3k on the odo. She offered to help but mine never did it again. If it does, she is the first person I'm getting in contact with. The dealer will be waiting for me knowing exactly why im there.

Still sounds like you have a vacuum issue.

Are you following the rules of engagement for troublesome IWE issues?
1. Always wait 30 seconds or more before you put it in five after starting the truck.
2. Shift into 4x4 when stopped or slowly rolling (less than 4 mph) and wait a few seconds.
3. Start on the throttle slow to ensure your hub is seated and keep the steering wheel straight.
4. Say a little prayer to the IWE gods
5. Disengage before hitting pavement and while stopped or rolling slowly.

My offer to assist still stands, Cbass953. PM me your details (full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership) and I'll get this moved up the chain.

Hopefully you won't need my assistance, LITTLEELVISDAN, but I'll be here if you do! :)
