Just curious if it is just my truck that has a loud drivetrain noise in 4x4. It has always been loud so I know its probably OK, but it still bothers me. So is your truck loud when 4x4 is engaged?

new truck, been in 4x4 three times. nothing out of the ordinary, but i'm comparing it to my silverado and past suburbans.

Just like how a Raptor got all the way across baja in a week, and the jeep took two? (true story).

Not sure whether to classify mine as loud or quiet, but mine doesn't sound much different from my Ranger when it was in 4WD. Both are chain drives.

I thought this was about exhaust mine will be loud my 4X4 is good. turn the radio up and drive fast break it in already but first make sure their is oil in your drive train.

I wouldn't really call it loud or quiet.... sounds unhealthy/unstable.
Was no option for Sounds crappy. so I picked sounds loud.
