44K miles on a 2022. 37PP, Still worth $73K?

For what its worth, I bought a used 22 37PP, 8k miles, with everything besides recaros for 71 in Shelby NC

From what I’ve seen location affects pricing greatly. I just bought a ‘22 loaded (recaros, onboard power, carbon, panoramic roof, bed liner) with 17k miles in Missouri for $69,900. Also has 37” pp wheels and tires and a full stealth wrap.

That dealership has a Mandatory $2K markup that’s non-negotiable plus they tack on other warranties on top of that.
