Sorry to hear! Hope they get you sorted out soon.

Negotiate with the insurance company for a "diminished value" settlement. Most people are unaware that such a thing exists. We did when I got hit on the Tail of the Dragon in our 370Z. Special interest vehicles loose value with an accident in the records and you can be compensated for that.

Got tagged coming home from picking up a dishwasher in my dad's F350 in the spring. Not near as bad as getting tagged in a new Raptor but sucked because it wan't my truck.

We were completely stopped and had been. Totaled the girls car that hit us. The triple ball when through here radiator and cracked the block. The truck was unscathed except for a dime size dent where her hood buckled into it. Her insurance company insisted on replacing the receiver and the rear bumper. They also repaired and painted the tailgate.

I still have the take offs in my garage, neither of which had any damage or marks. Anyone need a rear F350 chrome bumper and receiver. :)

It sounded like it was worse before the pictures started working. It still sucks
@beachz I see your father is a amateur radio operator.

Roger that. He has been a ham guy as long as I can remember. He has a pretty elaborate setup at the house that is way over my head.

Best of luck. I was fortunate that my adjuster was a car guy. He took really good car of me. I had a little more damage though. I still had to fight for the dv claim. Different states view it differently. There is some information out of there so do your homework before you deal with them.

Here is a little general info...

That looks like a perfectly manicured finger nail... perfect for a girl... I hoe you are a girl; if not, please disregard.
