4.10 Front-Axle Torsen Differential

Hi! wanted to check in if anyone had further information on this... I placed an order in for a 2012 Raptor about 2 weeks ago but was unaware that the Torsen Differential was optional?...

I read on another post where apparently a sales individual stated it was in fact optional yet I dont recall my dealer giving me the option to add this in... does anyone have any information on this?

"Thomas **Ford on line employee**: There will be an optional 4.10 front-axle with Torsen Differential.The locking differential will remain for the rear-axle.

I got the exact same quote from "Thomas" online and it made me wonder the same question. EVERYWHERE else I have read/seen indicates it is standard. My belief is that Thomas is pasting an incorrect canned message.

Yeah i would have assumed dealer would mentioned something when placing the order? he went through a list and nothing was mentioned about it being optional...

Yeah if it was an option I'm sure they would have mentioned it. Since its standard (i think) they probably just looked over it.

As far as everything that Randy (HARLEY6LF250SDU) and I have read.

The front torsen T2 4.10 differential is standard equipment in the 2012 SVT Raptor.
