im running 37x13.5x18 (TE37) Wheels

You will need to life it and also do some pinch weld trimming

Agree with sticking with an aggressive 37x12.50 rather than 13.50 so you don’t have to trim. Installed the 1” Eibach yesterday and this set up is a huge improvement on look/stance vs stock 37 PP

Hi there! Awesome look! I am almost about to go with 20x10-18 well + 37/12.5/R20, 2.25'' front + 1' rear. Could I go with 37/13.5/R20 instead?
What are the details of your wheels-tires-suspension?
