Did you color match the line x on your rocker panel to match your flares? It looks really good!

No. And I've got so much shit for it over the last year I'm afraid to bring it up again.......

It's actually anti-skid tape that I got from Fastenal. I wanted something that was super strong but at the time just couldn't bring myself to sand my new truck down and spray bedliner on it. Made my own templates to match the body lines and stuck it on. But it's lasted really well, and from day one it matched the factory side steps. Used bedliner spray in a rattle can to do the flares and the colors just ended up matching so well that I'm not gonna change it for now. So, there it is again - start the flaming (again). lol

Well your not going to take no heat from me. I'll have to look into it, I've wanted to do something to add protection. Does it come off easy?

Either way I think it looks great and is a smart idea to add some protection versus being stuck with the line x and not being able to change! I saw recently a guy that did something similar, but it was like a heavy duty nylon material that had magnets that he would stick on the truck for serious off roading to add some protection. Haha it was ugly, but it worked!

I've never removed any of it, but I suppose it will peel off when I'm ready. Might have some sticky stuff left that will be tough to get off.......lol

The fenders he put it on, it came off really easy, I was rather surprised cause I thought it would be a pain to remove.
