I bought my 2017 used a few months ago back in february and it had the 37" ridge grapplers. they were good i never had any issues with rubbing at full lock or through bumps .and they had alot of traction. i ended up replacing them because they had slices on the side walls and starting to get crack around the treats. i end up buy the toyo open country r/t and they are ok, they have traction buy they are more squared off at the ends. and they rub really bad. i've trimmed the fender lining and they still rub. and the more the tires are wearing the more they are rubbing. right now im debating on either going back to ridge grapplers or going a different route.
When you had the Ridge Grapplers on there did they still have decent tread ? I’ve got a set of Eibach springs I’m hoping to install this weekend and I’d love to throw a set of 37” Ridge Grapplers on there. I’m open to some trimming on the fender liner I just really don’t wanna have to beat the pinch weld and hack up a bunch of stuff.

You probably be fine with a little bit of trimming the eibach spring make the truck sit high than the 3.0

For the guys wondering about whether my truck is level with Geissers in the front and stock rear on 37’s it is NOT level. It does sit nose high about .25-.5 inches. It is not a whole lot but if you look at the truck you will notice it. Not sure how “level” it would be with Deavers in the back. Also, as far as 37 clearance my BFG 37’s and methods did clear without the pinch weld mod and just minor trimming. When I say “clear” I mean no on road rubbing at full lock. Also no running on minor off-roading such as hunting and fishing type stuff. Probably not the best idea if your jumping your truck though.

How do you do the pinch weld mod? I’m going to put 37 inch KO2s on my truck with 0 offset methods.

just put BFG 37's on. Did the trim mod, not pinch, just removed the plastic, no rub. I would never own a Raptor again without 37's. Better in every way. If I want to haul ass and jump off road I have a rzr for that. For doing baja trips the Raptor is perfect with 37's
