I had a 2010 screw fx4 before my raptor. I had constant problems with my gauge not reading right when I was getting lower in fuel. Mostly it would be all over the place depending on what type of incline you park on. I dont know if this is still a problem but i thought they were fixing this.

I have noticed the incline reading inaccuracies too. When I have the truck on my driveway which has a 10 degree incline, I read as much as a quarter of a tank higher than I do when driving on level ground.

My old supercrew was waaaay off sometimes. One day it would say 50 miles to empty and the next day...depending on how I parked...it would say 200+ miles to empty. I got to where I really didnt trust it. One day, I couldnt even get my truck started until I rolled it to a more flat area. When I had parked the night before it said I had 48 miles to empty.

ive had the incline problem too, after my little road trip around northern illinois, i pulled in at less than 1/4 tank, my miles per empty were higher then my trip, but said why pay chicago prices for gas... so i stopped and filled up. i dont remember exacts, i think i paid 3.30something, it shut me off at $100 even and i had put in just about 30 gallons, dont remember if it was just below or just over.... the black SCrew i had i ran that one pretty low and remember putting in like 33 gallons once.

Coming down the Baja, we were out in the middle of nowhere and got low. We got to Mulege and filled up. I was showing I had 4 miles left, and it took 35.4 gallons.

was driving west on I-20 between Odessa & El Paso (anybody thats been around the area can tell you it is desolate), caught a horrible headwind and mileage dropped to single digits - no cell phone service out there and I was puckered up - took this photo as I pulled into a gas station! wheeew

I wanted to see what mine would do as far as HOW LOW I can go. On the trip back from Arkansas I wanted to get my $1.00 per gallon at Krogers discount. I stopped and put in $20 in Greenville and then another $10 in Rowlette and drove with the gas light on and the fuel meter screaming and I think the digits turns yellow once you get low and then the display goes into that grey with orange letters thing saying LOW FUEL. I put in 34.5 gallons.

You can't say the truck won't tell you your running low! HAhahaaaaa.

It's $0.10 off each gallon for each $100 spent at Kroger w/ a Kroger card. Therefore, $1,000 to get $1.00 off each gallon.

Remember, if you use this at Shell, it's only for one fill up (I learned the hard way).

And BDRAG's secret is go buy gifts cards at Kroger, if you about to do something like home improvement at lowes, on your Kroger card. Then you basically spent the same amount of money, just bought a gift card and used that, but also get gas discount.
