22 Order Confirmed!

Just got the email that my order has been confirmed by Ford. This will be my first Raptor and needless to say I’m excited. Hopefully it’s smooth sailing as I wait on pins and needles.
How long did it take for you guys to get a production date?

No one with a new 2022 order has a production date yet. Production should begin 11/29 with scheduling starting this week (and what is included in that scheduling is anyone's guess!). Safe to assume it will be a while though. Still a lot of speculation at this point.

Welcome to the circus. Did you check to make sure your dealer has an allocation? Hopefully this new order system will provide some decent updates.

Like some of us I was a bit in the dark with my dealer. I contacted my rep last week for any update and he did not have new info for me. Low and behold I get the email today.

As I was led to understand, that is true. But like everything else in this ordering whirlpool, round and round we go. Who knows.

This will be a question not even the dealers will have an answer to. All I know is my rep couldn’t submit my order until the zone rep approved it. And the zone reps are the ones who manage the allocations from what I’ve come to believe. I got the email from Ford about an hour after he submitted my 37 raptor order.

My dealer asked if I wanted to submit my email to get updates from Ford. This would lead me to believe that an order could be placed without receiving the email verification. I did receive an email shortly after from Ford.
