I am getting about 16.0 mpg but not pushing the pedal to the floor. (not as much fun). I calculate MPG every fill and the computer is about 0.9mpg high. Last tank computer calculated 17.9 and I calculated 16.97mpg. My 2.7 ecoboost F150 was off by 1.5mpg.

Here I am sitting on 11mpg (on a good day). The skeptic in me thinks that I actually get even lower than that, but the lazy jack *** in me will never know for sure. If you’re really getting 21, or near it, I envy you my friend.

The best I ever got was 20 mpg and that was driving 50mph like a little old lady on the highway and being so gentle with the gas pedal going up any hills and freewheeling as fast as I could down any hills. I do average 17 though driving through the mountains on a 3.5 hr trip to the coast doing the speed limit of 60-70 mph. Get around 9.8 towing my trailer, has never changed since new and doesn’t seem to matter what tires either.

After remembering that I in fact have 2 feet, I did end up driving through the rest of my tank of gas and I came out to 19.8 gallons. So as @GordoJay said, about 1mpg below is what the actual equates to.
It's best to run an average since different pumps will have slightly different cutoff points. I ran six or seven tanks, threw out the highest and the lowest, and averaged the rest.

Running a 93 Octane Tune from JDM Performance. Road trip last weekend, about 1/2 back roads at 65 ish and the other half 4-Lane at 70-75 (not interstate) and got 19.5 on the meter. It's usually with about 3/10s and on the high side. Have gotten as good as 21 running around 60 mph. Running stock BFG's @ 36 psi front / 32 psi rear and Mobile 1 Full Synthetic.

Just drove my stock 2019 from Northern California to Kalispell, MT, and back. 1950 miles, 18.7 mpg per the meter. I did not hand calculate. Generally running about the speed limit to 5 over. I'm pleased with that.

This solidifies my already great love for these trucks and my theory that it is the perfect “dad-guy” truck! Lol
