2025 Ford Raptor R Review

So now I have to go check the console carefully

The key fobs really bugged me. First world problem for sure, but still. I picked up 2024 key fobs and used the Raptor key backs as I haven't found a source for just the key backs.
Also:
- Raptor decal is gone from the supercharger (anyone have the part number?)
- Running boards now say Ford. I've heard these are shared w/ Tremor. I haven't compared the 'pattern' of the cutouts to see how different they are from '24 Raptor.
- Buttons above the Sync screen - just a dumb layout after moving/eliminating some of the buttons.
- No Box-Link at all
- The HUD is cool, but I haven't figured out how to get it to keep the settings (brightness/position)
- Of course the keypad is gone. I have the DIO keypad and it looks terrible. Still in the box on my desk.

I'm sure there are others, but these are the ones I've noticed in my first week of ownership. Sad that after purchasing such a beast these cost cutting changes keep being found/distract from the overall experience.

Where did you get the used 24 keys? My salesman said he’d talk to his manager about getting me some Raptor keys but if that doesn’t lead anywhere I may do the same

No headrest speakers. Keypad. Etc. Ford seems to have a constant habit of giveth and taketh away from year to year. Is the gear selector still backlit? Ford has toyed with that in the past.

There are a few differences from the the 2025 R and the 2023 R. Here are the differences I noticed so far:

1) 2023 Raptor R Sounds Louder. The 2025 is softer on the stock exhaust.
2) 2025 Raptor R rides smoother.
3) 2025 Has heated steering wheel.
4) 2025 The sound system sounds a bit better (to me at least).

Did some 23 R’s not have heated steering wheels? Curious, mine does. I’m most interested ing the suspension. Have you had a chance to off road it any yet?

eBay, and they weren't used nor cheap unfortunately. I looked all over for just the key backs, but didn't find any. The frequency used more recently (434Mhz) cost more apparently as the older 900Mhz ones are cheaper (not a lot cheaper, but cheaper). I suspect the backs are the same regardless.

Anyone find a part # for the Supercharger decals?

Decal is no surprise. The current body graphics that can be "deleted" used to cost $1000.

I saw a post where someone psoted pics of the hardwired keypad panel and a dealer was going to install. If thats possible then thats a mod worth doing than paying for the stupid stick dealer installed door keypad

How long did it take from order to delivery? TIA

ordered mine in October and it arrived a week ago if that helps
