2024 Raptor R - Order Step In

I placed a non-refundable deposit on a Raptor R earlier this year for $5k over MSRP. I ended up getting impatient and paying a larger ADM (instant gratification problem) on another and have no need for this pending order. The dealer is now telling me that my order has a build week of July 15th. If I can convince the dealer to allow someone else to step in on this order at $5k over MSRP and refund my deposit, would anyone have an interest? Spec sheet is below and the dealer is located in Indiana. Can provide proof additional details via private message.

They can’t legally keep your deposit if you don’t take delivery.

It’s amazing the shit people put up with from these dealers. I guess there are asses for every seat.

Depending on Vegas. I’m in Pa with different sales tax rules which allows 5 untaxed buys annually for resale. If this is the case give them their 5 over without paying tax or don’t register it then the numbers work out easily as the new purchaser would pay you every cent and the tax to the state in which they live upon registering.

Curious when did you place this order? I placed an order in Sept of 2023 @ MSRP with a priority code of 10. I see you have priority code of 19? I'm not sure what that means if anybody can explain. The deal continues to tells me we still have no set production date. Thanks!
