Whether it's snobs or not, people will want it. Heck, if you put the standard V8 around 350 HP in a Raptor, people will want that over the 450 V6TT model.But I don't think it's just about V8 though, I think the R just needs to be more than the regular Gen 3 and people will want it. I think we see this already with the interest in the 37 package....people want it because it's more than the 35 package. So, I suspect the R will be the same as a regular Gen 3 with the SC V8, if it happens. I don't think they will add anything else to it.Ford knows that people are happy to add more lights in the aftermarket. In fact, I suspect the only reason they have Rigid lights added is because they had a good deal with Rigid, who's getting a lot of good advertising from this.
