Well, I'm not exactly new but realized better late than never 
I've purchased the truck of my dreams back in Nov '23 from Schaumburg Ford in Illinois - terrible experience, by the way - as Blue Certified with 19k miles on it.
So far, no mods other than custom wheels and tire (Fuel 20", running on Nitto RidgeGrappler 35x12.5-20) and a Helix V12 + 2x Audiomobile 10" Slimline to get the music going. Was smart/lucky to purchase extended bumper to bumper warranty and took it to service more than a handful of times already:

- Replaced rear shocks - clunky noises
- Missing fuse in under the passenger fuse box - TCM was disabled by previous owner (long thread in this forum)
- Replaced 4 wheel drive actuator
- Replaced door number pad
- Replaced front passenger door weather strip
