2021 Raptor info from my dealership

So that means if you want the 37s, you gotta get the recaro blue seats, orange stiching, alcantara, CF package, and stickers. That's going to raise the price of the package and disappoint those who just want 37s.

Geez, I hope not, I’m just not a fan at all of blue accents, blue Recaros, stickers, etc.. if it were only the “37” sticker on the back I could live with it, but I would peel the bed and hood graphics off if they were forced on me. But that’s just me.

Yeah 37s need to be a standalone option.

We need to try to get this message across to Ford. I don't need blue seats, orange stitching, carbon fiber accents, etc. Pushing all of that just to get 37s is simply a way for Ford to wring every penny from us. $2,000 worth of stickers is proof positive! Maybe we can start a petition?!?!

They'll let you order a base Bronco with the Sasquatch package that doesn't include a whole lot of unnecessary add-ons. Just bigger tires, gear ratio, high clearance suspension and fender flares. Of course it costs an extra $7,385.

Doesn’t seem to be anything special in regards to suspension with the 37 package? Could that mean 37” tires will fit on stock without any modifications?

That alone would be a big plus.

I saw a TFL video that I believe said the shocks are different on the 37 package. I'm sure it is more than just adding the tires...maybe springs or gearing too?

BFG's are in reality 35.5". They're the smallest '37's' available.

Maybe. The brochure describes the shocks slightly differently. 35 as long travel next gen fox shocks and the 37 as sport tuned.

Even then, a simple shock change out for 37s would still be better than what needs to happen on current gen2 to properly fit 37s.

Im probably in the minority but I’m digging the new design and the interior.

The eco boost is more than enough power for me.

BFG's are in reality 35.5". They're the smallest '37's' available.

Check your specs again blind man. It’s 36.5” unmounted and the revs per mile is 569 which based off math is 35.44” measured on the vehicle. By comparison, a “big” Toyo MT 37x12.5r17 is 36.8” and revs per mile is 565 which again based off math makes it 35.69” measured on the vehicle. Toyo (and their sister brand Nitto) do tend to run more square and give the appearance of being larger than it would seem and because of that squared off shoulder it can cause some fitment issues.

Anyway, 0.3” unmounted and 0.25” mounted on vehicle isn’t much of a difference and it’s certainly much bigger than the TRX tires in every situation and the Raptor still rides on 17s giving more tire sidewall vs the TRX 18s.

The shocks have different valving/dampening to handle the larger size and weight of the 37s. 37s provide 1 more inch of ground clearance/height over 35s and subsequently, unless you really want to stuff them in the fender when landing from sick jumps, you’d probably prefer not ripping your fenders off and just keep the 1 inch less suspension travel front and rear.

I think the Raptor R should be a H.O. version of the 7.3 godzilla F250 motor.
THe Gen 1 had an F250 motor, why change ot a GT mustang motor?
They could tune it for N.A. 500HP and leave room for Shelby and Roush to offer supercharged versions.
